Description: Pileus 3-10 mm broad, hemispherical then convex, with obtuse or umbonate centre, with inflexed then reflexed, entire, then erenulate margin, hygrophanous, translucently striate. purely white or milky white, radially sulcate, subglabrous to finely velutinous under lens, with minutely ciliate margin. Lamellae moderately crowded, L= 10-16, 1 (0) I (2), adnate or adnate-shortly decurrent with a tooth, well-developed, reaching the margin of the pileus, whitish ereamy, with concolorous entire edge. Stipe 15-40 x 0.5 -0,75 mm, filiform. cylindrical, rigid. white, towards base entire edge. Lamellar edge heteromorphous, cheiloeystidia 12-25 x 3.0-5.0 um, basidia-like, not well difterentiated. Pleurocystidia 25 45 x 7.5-10.0 pim, cylindrical to subfusoid or sublageniform, thin-walled, often very inconspicuous. Context made up of eylindrical to broadly inflated, up to 20 um wide hyphae, Pileipellis a cutis of radially arranged, eylindrical, thin-walled, up to 6 um wide, diverticulate hyphae with abundant pilcocystidioid terminal elements, 25 40 x 6-12 um, versiform, clavate, lageniform, + cylindrical, often irregular, sometimes with small obtuse pro- Jections to subcoralloid, thin-walled. Stipitipellis a cutis of parallel, cylindrical, up to 5 um wide smooth hyphac. Caulocystidia 15-45 x (3.0) 4.5-7.0 um, eylindrical, obtuse, irregular, slightly thuckwalled, often in clusters. Clamp-connections present in all tissues. Chemical reactions: Neither spores nor tissues amyloid or dextrinoid; except for some hyphae of stipitipellis and stipititrama which are perhaps slightly dextrinoid. Ecology: Saprotroplie on vegetal debris. Recorded from Cedrus needles (MALENCON & BERTAULT (1975): recently found on wood remnants and coarse humus of broadleaved trees ( Antonin 99.04; Miinzmay 53.99) and on leaves of Phragnites (PAM 00071510).
